   SHIPPING 

    

  Most orders will be shipped via UPS Ground with delivery between 4-8 business days. No signature is required for FedEx Ground delivery. Our smallest packages (wood swatches) ship via FedEx SmartPost with the final delivery handled by USPS and deliver in about 7-10 business days.

  Carbon Conscious Shipping

  Carbon emissions from shipping every DaVinci online order are offset through our shipping partner, Freight Club. Freight Club are planting trees with One Tree Planted to reduce future carbon emissions, as these trees mature they will naturally filter carbon dioxide.

  Cancelling or Modifying Orders

  To request a cancellation, please use the direct cancellation link on your order confirmation email. We pride ourselves on our ability to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a result it may not be possible to cancel your order if it has already been processed through our warehouse.
