  2. Promo codes cannot be combined. Only one code may be used per checkout.
  3. Promo codes may not be used on sale items with a price slash discount unless otherwise specified in the promotional details.
  4. Promo codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders or products not in stock at the time of purchase.
  5. Some Promotions may have a discount code automatically applied at checkout.
  6. Promo codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and credit
  7. Promotion code will only be valid or applicable during promotion time frame, or while supplies last.
  8. After expiration date of promotion, items remaining in cart will no longer qualify for promo offer.
  9. Applicable return shipping charges apply to all products
  10. Return of any of the items purchased with a promo code will have the promo discount subtracted from the return credit.
  11. Offer only available on davincibaby.com and for orders shipping within the contiguous 48 United States only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US Territories, or international destinations at this time.
  12. Oversize shipping fee for select items will still be applied on items purchased on promotion or at a slash price discount.
  13. Offer valid only for consumer purchase, not for resale or for commercial or reseller accounts; Namesake reserves the right to refuse offer to anyone who may be purchasing for resale.
