  1. Items marked as final sale are ineligible for return unless Redo is purchased at time of sale.  
  2. Promo codes cannot be combined. Only one code may be used per checkout.
  3. Promo codes may not be used on sale items with a price slash discount unless otherwise specified in the promotional details.
  4. Promo codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders or products not in stock at the time of purchase.
  5. Some Promotions may have a discount code automatically applied at checkout.
  6. Promo codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and credit
  7. Promotion code will only be valid or applicable during promotion time frame, or while supplies last.
  8. After expiration date of promotion, items remaining in cart will no longer qualify for promo offer.
  9. Applicable return shipping charges apply to all products
  10. Return of any of the items purchased with a promo code will have the promo discount subtracted from the return credit.
  11. Offer only available on davincibaby.com and for orders shipping within the contiguous 48 United States only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US Territories, or international destinations at this time.
  12. Oversize shipping fee for select items will still be applied on items purchased on promotion or at a slash price discount.
  13. Offer valid only for consumer purchase, not for resale or for commercial or reseller accounts; Namesake reserves the right to refuse offer to anyone who may be purchasing for resale.
  14. Promo codes never apply to Extend Product Warranty, Redo Insurance, Gift Cards, replacement parts, or touch up pens.
  15. To qualify for free shipping, minimum order amount must meet $500 from shippable items only. 
  16. Spring Sale 2026 promotion is valid from 4/22/26 at 12:00 am PT through 4/26/26 at 11:59 pm PT. Purchase a daVinci or Carter's by daVinci crib to receive 15% off a conversion kit or daVinci mattress (discount code Springcribsale15), and/or purchase a daVinci or Carter's by daVinci dresser to receive 15% off a changing tray (discount code Springdressersale15). Discounts will automatically apply in cart when qualifying items are added. The discount codes Springcribsale15 and Springdressersale15 may be applied together in the same cart but cannot be combined with any other discount codes or promotional offers. The discount will be calculated off the price displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. Offer cannot be applied to previously placed orders or to orders placed after the promotion ends. Items left in cart after the promotion ends will no longer qualify for the discount. Returns made on orders placed during this promotion will have the applicable discount deducted from the refund amount consistent with our standard return policy.
