If you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact the retailer your purchased from within the retailer's return window. If you purchased directly from davincibaby.com, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be sent back in new condition and in original packaging, with all components included, to qualify for a refund. Please do not modify the product in any way.

Some of our products are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged. 

What is Free Returns & Exchange Coverage?

We now offer return and exchange protection for all orders, which you can purchase at checkout. If you purchase Return & Exchange Coverage with your order, your return shipping label will be covered for eligible items. Return coverage covers all items in the cart, so you do not need to purchase return coverage for each item.*

If you choose not to buy return & exchange coverage, you can still process a return in the portal above, but you will need to cover the cost of the return shipping label which typically is about 30% of the retail value of the item.

*Return coverage does not apply to final sale items or items listed below under "Items ineligible for return/exchange"

Received A Damaged Item 

Received a damaged item or missing a piece? We can send you free replacement parts! Please start your request by visiting our parts page HERE. For items that arrive to you in less than perfect condition, we will send you replacement pieces at no cost to you. To help us assess the issue, please submit details and photographs of the item and the packaging.


Return/Exchange Eligibility +

We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item.  To qualify for a refund or exchange, we kindly ask that the items be in new condition with certain items needing to be completely unopened to be eligible for a return.*  If a product is modified in any way, or it will be ineligible for return. 

*Items listed below need to be in unopened condition to be eligible for return:

• Changing Pad 

• Davinci Mattress 

Items ineligible for return/exchange:

• Items marked as Final Sale
• Newton Baby Mattresses
• 'Extend' Warranty Fees
• Free Returns & Package Protection Premiums
• Bedding products including sheets

** For returns on bundled products: If an item from a bundle is returned, you will forfeit the discount originally applied to all the items in the bundle. Items in a bundle are eligible for a one-time exchange with the exception of Final Sale items & Newton Baby mattresses.

Return/Exchange Policy +

When you receive your item, please keep the original packaging until you know you will not need to make a return or exchange. Having this packaging will greatly simplify your return process.  If you need to initiate a return or an exchange, please click DaVinci Baby Returns Portal.

Be sure to remove any existing shipping labels from the box prior to shipping it back. Please include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging. Return shipments received without first using the return portal linked above will not qualify for a credit.  

For Returns: If your return is received in the condition stated above, you can expect to receive a refund to the payment choice you selected when submitting your request (Credit Card or Store Credit), within 3-5 days after it has been delivered back to our facilities, which allows our team to inspect your return.
