Exchange & Return Policy

Buy with confidence. We want you to love your DaVinci product. But if you’re having second thoughts, we understand too and will do everything needed to help.


Items must be sent back in new condition and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.  Please read our complete exchange and return policy below.  If still have questions, contact us and we'll make things right.

Exchanges are allowed up to 30 days from day of receipt for all eligible* items. To exchange a product for a product of less or equivalent value, please follow the below Davincibaby.com Return Policy, then place a new order for the correct item. Please be sure to notify our customer service representative that you would like to process an exchange (see below). Your new order will ship out within 2 business days. When the returned products are received and have passed inspection, you will receive a full refund from the original order (less the cost of shipping) after the new order has been confirmed. An email confirmation will be sent when the refund has been issued.

We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

Eligible* items purchased from Davincibaby.com may be returned with a valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise noted.

To obtain a RMA# please email shop@davincibaby.com provide the following information:


1. Order number
2. Date your package was received
3. Reason for the return (Exchange, damage, incorrect purchase…etc.)
4. If the product was assembled: Products must be inspected and if damaged, reported to us within 14 days of receipt to ensure efficient processing of your parts request


Once you receive your RMA# with instructions and address of where to send your return, include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging. Also include a copy of your packing slip and RMA# with your return shipment.

We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.


A 25% restocking and handling fee will be applied to any returned products, except exchanges, based on the total amount billed. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from delivery location for any returned product. Return shipments received without an RMA will not qualify for a credit.
