Buy with confidence. We want you to love your DaVinci product. But if you’re having second thoughts, we understand too and will do everything needed to help.

If you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact the retailer your purchased from within the retailer's return window. If you purchased directly from davincibaby.com, please contact us within 30 days. 

For items that arrive to you in less than perfect condition, we will send you replacement pieces at no cost to you. To help us assess the issue, please submit details and photographs of the item and the packaging.

We are also pleased to offer a one-time exchange on the original item from your order. However, please note that any additional exchanges will not be granted, and our normal return policy will apply.

If you have had your product for less than a year, please fill out this parts form to order your missing or damaged parts. 

For products over a year old, please visit our parts store to purchase your missing or damaged parts.

Items must be sent back in new condition and in original packaging to qualify for a refund. Please do not modify the product in any way. Some of our products are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.

Please review the policy below, then click on our returns & exchange form to initiate your return or exchange with the following information:

1. Order number
2. Date your package was received
3. Reason for the return (Exchange, damage, incorrect purchase…etc.)
4. If the product was assembled: Products must be inspected and if damaged, reported to us within 14 days of receipt to ensure efficient processing of your parts request
5. Item Name

 

 RETURN/EXCHANGE Eligibility

We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item. In such cases, we are pleased to offer a one-time exchange on the original item from your order. However, please note that any additional exchanges will not be granted, and our normal return policy will apply.

To qualify for a refund, we kindly ask that the items be in new condition. Mattresses and contour pads that have been used or that have had the packages opened are no eligible to be returned.

Please be informed that a 30% return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs associated with processing the return. If a product is modified in any way, it will be ineligible for return.

Items ineligible for return/exchange:

  • Items marked as final sale.

Eligible items purchased from Davincibaby.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise noted.

 

 RETURN /EXCHANGE POLICY

All returns will incur a 30% return fee that will be deducted from your refund.

To initiate a return or an exchange, please fill in our request form found here. After your return/exchange request has been accepted, you will receive instructions, RMA (return merchandise authorization number) and updates through email. Please include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging. Also include a copy of your packing slip and print out of the RMA# with your return shipment.

If you choose your own method of return and the item is lost or damaged in transit, we will not issue a refund. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance. Return shipments received without an RMA# will not qualify for a credit.

For exchanges: We are pleased to offer a one-time exchange on the original item from your order. Your new order will ship out after we receive your returned item. An email confirmation will be sent when we have processed your returned item, and then a new tracking email will be sent.

However, please note that any additional exchanges will not be granted, and our normal return policy will apply.

Eligible* items purchased from Davincibaby.com may be returned with a valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise noted.
