Exchanges & Returns Policy

Buy with confidence. We want you to love your DaVinci product. But if you’re having second thoughts, we understand too and will do everything needed to help.

If you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact the retailer your purchased from within the retailer's return window. If you purchased directly from, please contact us within 30 days.

If you have had your product for less than a year, please fill out this parts form to order your missing or damaged parts. 

For products over a year old, please visit our parts store to purchase your missing or damaged parts.

Items must be sent back in new condition and in original packaging to qualify for a refund. Please do not modify the product in any way. Some of our products are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.



Exchanges are allowed up to 30 days from day of receipt for all eligible* items. To exchange a product for a product of less or equivalent value, please follow the below Return Policy, then place a new order for the correct item. Please be sure to notify our customer service representative that you would like to process an exchange (see below). Your new order will ship out within 2 business days. When the returned products are received and have passed inspection, you will receive a full refund from the original order (less the cost of shipping) after the new order has been confirmed. An email confirmation will be sent when the refund has been issued.

If return item is lost or damaged in transit, we will not issue a refund. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.




Eligible* items purchased from may be returned with a valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise noted. Additional guidelines may apply**.

To obtain a RMA# please email provide the following information:

1. Order number
2. Date your package was received
3. Reason for the return (Exchange, damage, incorrect purchase…etc.)
4. If the product was assembled: Products must be inspected and if damaged, reported to us within 14 days of receipt to ensure efficient processing of your parts request

Once you receive your RMA# with instructions and address of where to send your return, include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging. Also include a copy of your packing slip and RMA# with your return shipment.

If return item is lost or damaged in transit, we will not issue a refund. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

A 30% return fee will be applied to any items being returned and is calculated based on the total amount billed. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from delivery location for any returned product. Return shipments received without an RMA will not qualify for a credit.

*Final sale items are not eligible for return.

**Mattresses and contour pads that have been used or that have had the packages opened are no eligible to be returned.

*** For returns on bundled products, all pieces from the bundle must be returned at the customer’s expense for a refund minus the above restocking fee after proper inspection for damages. Individual pieces from any bundle order will not be accepted and cannot be returned for a partial refund.
