WHERE WE SHIP TO
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US Territories, or international destinations.
For other locations, please visit our Stores page to find online and international DaVinci retailers.

Shipping times quoted include:
1 business day where your order will be processed and prepared for shipment
Orders received by 11:30AM PST will ship the same business day
Orders received after 11:30AM will ship the next business day
Tracking information is sent directly to our system within 24 hours from when the carrier picks up the order at our warehouse.
Orders including Multiple Furniture Pieces will be shipped by a large parcel carrier (see below for more details on these types of deliveries).
Carriers will deliver to the first available dry area outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). If you live in an apartment building, the item will be delivered to the lobby or loading area. You will then be responsible for further transport beyond that point.
Debris removal and assembly is not included in this service.
A signature may be required for your area, in which case the carrier will contact you to make an appointment. When applicable, please make note of any issues on the paperwork.
Delivery time for these orders is 10-20 business days unless otherwise stated. Final local delivery to your home may extend past the ETA date on your shipping confirmation.
Our smallest packages (wood swatches) ship via Smart Post. The final delivery is handled by USPS.
Delivery time for these orders is about 7-10 business days..
No signature is required upon delivery for Small Parcel or Smart Post. Unfortunately, we are unable to upgrade the shipping service or speed.
An automated tracking email will be sent to the email address submitted with the order.
While placing your order, please check that your shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
Items may ship from different warehouses. Items ordered together are not always shipped together and may arrive at different times.
