The purchase order number is found on the side panel of the crib. The model number and manufacture date are also printed on a label located on the bottom right hand side panel as is the purchase order, listed as “serial number”. (See picture below. If you have a number listed above, it will be preceded by the letter N and two zeros on the label. Example: N004959.)
